Job Overview
- Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager that will drive revenue growth by promoting hospitality services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strongrelationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate and individual clients.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, corporate accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and revenue plans.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build partnerships.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and corporate partnerships.
- Experience in contract negotiation and client retention strategies.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling hospitality services.
