Job Description

• Vine City Church International is expanding its mission and seeking a Church Planter & State Intercessor (CPSI) to pioneer and establish a new branch in Aba, Abia State, and oversee church planting efforts across the entire South-East region. 
• This role is ideal for a dedicated pastor with a strong passion for evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish a new Vine City Church branch in Aba, Abia State.
• Oversee church planting efforts across the South-East region.
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members.
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for the region’s revival and church expansion.
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations.
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration.

Requirements

• Must be resident in Aba, Abia State.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be a born-again pastor with a passion for church planting.
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry.
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches.
• Ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish a strong congregation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the South-East region for church planting and oversight.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly salary of N120,000.
