We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the overall patient experience across all touchpoints.
• Lead and train the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A patient-centric mindset with a commitment to excellence.
