Job Overview

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic across various platforms.
• This role involves content creation, community management, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Social media management (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
• Content creation (graphics, videos, captions, blog posts). Copywriting and proofreading.
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).
• Video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar beginner-friendly tools).
• Website management (basic WordPress, SEO fundamentals).
• Community management and engagement.
• Campaign planning and execution.
• Market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate original content.
