We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, security, and general management of residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate repairs, cleaning, waste management, and general facility upkeep.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and resolve facility-related issues.
• Supervise facility staff and service providers.
• Candidates must be available for immediate resumption.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years experience

Salary
N200,000 / Month (Salary is negotiable based on experience)
