Role Description
- The IT Support will be responsible for network administration, information technology support, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service in the oil and gas industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology and Network Security Knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant certification such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ is a plus.
