Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and results-drivenSales and Marketing Development Professionalto spearhead business development initiatives, marketing strategies, and client acquisition efforts. 
  • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and relationship-building skills to position the client as a market leader in our practice areas.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive business development strategyto attract new clients.
  • Identify andengage potential clients, investors, and key stakeholders through networking, targeted outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Drivelead generation initiatives, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to developcustomized pitches and proposalstailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for growth.

Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Develop and implementmarketing campaignsto strengthen the firm’s brand and visibility.
  • Overseecontent marketing efforts, including blog posts, white papers, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage the firm’ssocial media presence, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinateclient events, webinars, and industry conferencesto enhance engagement and positioning.
  • Develop and trackmarketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships & Networking:

  1. Establish and maintain partnerships withindustry associations
  2. Represent the firm atconferences, legal summits, and networking events.
  3. Identifyco-marketing opportunitieswith complementary businesses and industry influencers.
  4. Organise events as may be necessary

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experiencein sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within a law firm, professional services firm, or the financial sector.
  • Proven track record ofclient acquisition, revenue growth, and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience withdigital marketing, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability towork independentlywhile collaborating with legal professionals and external stakeholders.
