Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and cost control of our construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
• Membership with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is preferable.
• Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor with mid-level responsibility.
• Strong understanding of real estate, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in measurement and estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N450,000 / Month.
