Job Description

  • We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our market reach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to promote diagnostic services.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare/diagnostics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
