Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully onsite)
Work Mode: Mondays to Saturdays - 8am to 5pm (Alternate Saturdays)
Industry: Fashion

Role Summary

  • We are seeking young, vibrant and intelligent Sales Executive to drive sales, supervise and ensure smooth running of general operations.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing high-quality photos and videos of products for marketing
  • Work closely with Social media manager to develop and execute campaigns to drive sales on the various platforms
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints across all channels
  • Collaborate with Store Assistant to ensure accurate order processing
  • Generate and issue receipt for all orders placed through Bumpa and manage customer database
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the CEO
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Sales Assistant for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and otherresources
  • Coordinate order pickup and deliveries, monitoring it's status from start to finish

Requirements

  • HND/BSc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with 1 year experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to details.
  • Customer service oriented with good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, solving problems with initiative
  • The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, high intuition, strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both written and verbal and goal oriented.

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
