Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully onsite)
Work Mode: Mondays to Saturdays - 8am to 5pm (Alternate Saturdays)

Role Summary
- We are seeking young, vibrant and intelligent Sales Executive to drive sales, supervise and ensure smooth running of general operations.
Responsibilities
- Capturing high-quality photos and videos of products for marketing
- Work closely with Social media manager to develop and execute campaigns to drive sales on the various platforms
- Respond to inquiries and complaints across all channels
- Collaborate with Store Assistant to ensure accurate order processing
- Generate and issue receipt for all orders placed through Bumpa and manage customer database
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the CEO
- Supervise and provide guidance to Sales Assistant for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and otherresources
- Coordinate order pickup and deliveries, monitoring it's status from start to finish
Requirements
- HND/BSc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with 1 year experience.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to details.
- Customer service oriented with good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently, solving problems with initiative
- The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, high intuition, strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both written and verbal and goal oriented.
