Job Summary
- As an Account Officer Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing accounts, and driving financial inclusion in your assigned location.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new businesses as Moniepoint customers
- Educate customers on Moniepoint products and services
- Provide support to existing customers and resolve complaints
- Drive transaction growth and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
