Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the company’s growth in the real estate sector. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote property sales, property management services, and other specific offerings by the company. 
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing a team of marketers, ensuring they meet sales targets, and overseeing branding, advertising, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase sales, property management deals, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing) and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketers to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Drive lead generation strategies to acquire high-value clients and real estate investors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into actual sales conversions.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials, property listings, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage the company’s brand positioning, corporate communications, and public relations.
  • Develop content and marketing strategies for social media, website, and print materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and real estate conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within the real estate or property industry.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive revenue.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary and Benefits

  • N120,000 - N200,000 / Month + performance-based bonuses
