We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Maintenance Officer (Mechanical)

Job Summary

• To provide quality maintenance services on an integrated gas gathering/recompression facility, ensure downtime due to mechanical maintenance is less than 84 hours in six month. and minimal interruption in sales of Gas.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Commissioning/Maintenance of G3616, G3516 gas engines, and air compressors.
• Commissioning/Maintenance of WG7, WH6, Reciprocating compressors and associated cooling machines.
• Generate critical spares and fluids required for smooth operation.
• Use of Cat ET and ESM for diagnosis of mechanical faults.
• Generate and document performance history for each equipment.
• Generate monthly report of fluids and spares used during the month.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget for maintenance purposes.
• Raise work orders for management approval.Availability of spares and fluids.
• Planned/corrective maintenance on all running equipment.
• Low machine down time analysis.
• Closing of work orders

Key Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years maintenance experience with similar compressors, engines and pumps.
• Trouble shooting skills using ET software.
• Cat certification is an added advantage
