Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The ability to work independently and possess strong follow up and prioritization skills are essential in order to meet deadlines.
  • Review of reports and correspondence, paying close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Filing of all correspondence and maintenance of project folders according to internal filing standards.
  • Organize and update project related documents.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor on any progress and updates
  • Assist and support the BID AND TENDER process, Construction Management Services, Project Controls, Quality Assurance and/or Electrical departments in daily work and reports.
  • Provide Technical administrative support to management team and technical leads.
  • Oversees and coordinates Technical administrative work to support staff as requested.
  • Perform any other related tasks assign by supervisor and management team.
  • Attend weekly meetings, take meeting minutes, and send out to intended audience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
