Summary

• We are seeking a motivated Station Manager for our Yaba station.
• This role oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient production, top-notch quality, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage station operations (production, QC, maintenance, logistics).
• Plan and execute production schedules, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate station staff.
• Manage key client relationships.
• Manage station budget and ensure profitability.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years in management position experience in printing.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial management experience.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
