Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Track and monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in collections, credit control, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
