Job Title: Hospitality Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm, professional, and friendly first impression.
• Assist in managing bookings and appointments, ensuring an efficient and smooth scheduling process.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with care, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest areas, ensuring a comfortable environment.
• Support spa operations, including assisting with spa treatments, customer service, and any special requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure resolutions are offered to their satisfaction.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a spa-related environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
