Job Title: Spa Nail Therapist

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art, ensuring excellent results.
• Offer customized nail care services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment by following health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care, products, and techniques.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance.
• Promote additional spa services and retail products, contributing to the overall success of the spa.
• Create a positive, relaxing atmosphere for clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with managing client bookings and appointments efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Follow spa guidelines and protocols for hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• OND / HND / SSCE qualification
• Proven experience as a Nail Therapist, Nail Technician, or similar role in a spa or beauty salon environment.
• Valid certification or license in Nail Technology (where applicable).
• Strong knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent artistic skills, including proficiency in nail art and design.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, composed attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
