Job Title: IT Support Specialist with Security Focus (Entry to Mid-Level)

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a driven IT Support Specialist with a Security Focus to join our team and provide top-notch IT support while ensuring security best practices.
• This entry to mid-level position allows you to work remotely from Nigeria and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support: Provide technical support, manage software installations, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Security Focus: Assist with enforcing security protocols, educate users on best practices, and monitor systems for security vulnerabilities.
• Incident Management: Log issues, track resolution, and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT support with a focus on security protocols and helpdesk management.

Certifications:

• Preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with helpdesk tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk.
• Understanding of multi-factor authentication, user access controls, and secure password management.
• Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
