Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and overall market growth.

Job Summary

  • The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and digital strategies to drive both online and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead campaign development, from ideation to execution, across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
  • Oversee social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention programs, including loyalty initiatives, CRM, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies accordingly.
  • Supervise creative development, ensuring all brand communication is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within retail or fashion.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
