Supervisor: Principal Program Officer Operations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and manage the Commissions websites;
- Devise a mechanism for ensuring security and protection of the Commission’s websites;
- In-house training in matters relating to web site and its maintenance;
- Prepare technical documents related to internet services for the Commission;
- Carry out other task which may be assigned by the Director, CCC
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science ,Management Information Systems or related fields
- Minimum of five years relevant work experience in Web design and
- Experience in web-based systems development, software development, programming, preferably in an international organization, is desirable
- Candidate should not be 50 years old or over at the point of recruitment and must be a citizen of one of the ECOWAS member states.
- Must be fluent in one of the official languages of the Commission; English, French and Portuguese. A working knowledge of another would be an advantage.
