We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Ogun

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc/HND in any Technical/Engineering or any related Field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years as a Production Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing or medical device production.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and assembly line management.
• Experience in supervising operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Understanding of quality control standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiarity with production efficiency optimization.
• Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, workplace discipline
• Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment downtime reduction and quick problem resolution.

Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:

• Experience in the medical device industry (syringes, needles, or plastic components) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to maintain productivity and motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production flow.
