Job Title: Sales Representative (Buy Now Pay Later)

Locations: Ikeja, Ikota, Iyana Ipaja, Ayobo, Alaba, Lagos Island, Bariga, Oyingbo, Tejuosho, Benson - Lagos

Job Overview

• The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Seeds and Pennies’ Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products.
• This includes onboarding customers, increasing sales for merchants, and meeting GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and sales count targets. 
• The agent will focus on promoting high-demand assets like phones, freezers, and generators, ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell at least 30 phones and 10 other BNPL assets (freezers, generators) monthly.
• Maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate based on feedback.
• Ensure that 80% of new customers complete their first repayment on time
• Onboard three new merchants monthly for BNPL partnerships.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with all partnered merchants.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND in any field
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proximity to location is key.

Salary
N80,000 + Commission on each sales ( HMO, pension).
