Job Title: Rider

Location: Lagos

Description 

• Food Delivery: Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers at their homes or designated locations, ensuring that the order arrives hot and intact.
• Route Planning: Use GPS or maps to determine the most efficient route, avoiding traffic delays and ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, hand over the food, and ensure customer satisfaction with their order.
• Payment Handling: Collect payment for orders when required (cash or electronic) and ensure the correct amount is received, following the restaurant’s payment procedures.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check orders before departure to ensure accuracy and completeness, and handle any issues that may arise with missing or incorrect items.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) in good working condition, ensuring it’s safe and ready for daily use. This includes fueling, cleaning, and performing basic checks.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe driving and delivery practices.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and payments, if required by the restaurant or delivery service.
