Job Description
- The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for expanding RHMS Tech’s reseller network by identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with shop owners, merchants, and phone market dealers in Computer Village and beyond.
- The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term relationships, and strengthening our reseller ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Reseller & Merchant Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants, shop owners, and phone resellers in Lagos and other key markets.
- Develop strategies to attract high-value partners.
Revenue Growth & Sales Expansion
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase bulk sales and reseller transactions.
- Work closely with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ reseller strategies and identify gaps RHMS Tech can fill.
Partnership Negotiation & Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with resellers.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track reseller sales performance and engagement metrics.
- Provide weekly reports on reseller growth, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve reseller support.
- Ensure seamless execution of reseller programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in business development, sales, or reseller management (preferably in tech, retail, or wholesale distribution).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive merchant partnerships and reseller engagement.
- Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
- There are two positions available.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 / Month.
