Description

• We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Onboarding Associate to identify potential users and onboard them onto our platform. If you have strong sales and communication skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for organization
• Engage and convert potential users through direct outreach and digital campaigns.
• Guide new users through the onboarding process.
• Track and report lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement.
• Must be based in Lagos.
• Must have a working smartphone and laptop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
