Job Description
- We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to handle customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and provide a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle reservations, orders, and inquiries efficiently
- Address customer complaints and provide swift resolutions
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1-5 years work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, courteous, and able to handle high-pressure situations
- Ability to work shifts (4 days on, 2 days off).
Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
