We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
- Keep office area clean and tidy through cleaning and maintenance of the office space
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or an equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Candidates must possess good attention to details.
- Customer service skills.
Remuneration
Monthly Net: N25, 000.
