Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 1-3 years work experience.
- Experience in Insurance/ Microfinance sector.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Implement marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.
- Creating, Marketing and reporting on all initiatives and outcomes and outcomes within their subunits.
