We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, goods, and materials to designated locations while ensuring vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic regulations.
  • The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and excellent knowledge of road networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for official duties.
  • Transport employees, clients, or goods to assigned destinations in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle.
  • Keep an accurate log of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing schedules.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
  • Ensure security of passengers, goods, and the vehicle at all times.
  • Report any accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents promptly.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / NECO / WAEC
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience.
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift moderate loads.
