Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 days offsite)

Job Overview

• We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for capturing live event footage, creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and driving audience engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Attend events and surprises to capture high-quality photos and videos.
• Edit and produce compelling video content that showcases the essence of each event.
• Develop creative concepts for content that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and oversee our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a timely and authentic manner.
• Strategy and Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: HND / BSc
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Proven experience in content creation, videography, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
• Experience in event coverage or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
• Must be able to stay for after party at events.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
