Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Head, Wealth and Funds Management to join its dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategically sourcing and managing funds from retail,
• corporate, and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers to support our client lending operations.
• The role holder will play a critical role in reducing the company’s cost of funds, creating long-term customer value, and supporting the growth and sustainability of the organization’s operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow retail, corporate, and HNI liabilities to support the company’s lending operations.
• Continuously monitor and analyze funding costs, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
• Leverage the client’s digital platforms to enhance customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Proactively identify and mitigate funding and liquidity risks in line with the company’s risk management framework.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new funding opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Proactively identify and mitigate funding and liquidity risks in line with the company’s risk management framework.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Products, Digital Transformation, and Strategy, to align initiatives and drive organizational growth.

Persons Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACA, CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, funds mobilization, or corporate banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in sourcing retail, corporate, and HNI funds.
• Strong experience leveraging digital platforms for customer acquisition and retention.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.

Salary
N41,600,000 Annually (Gross).
