Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with various business tasks.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on key tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and support administrative functions.
Qualifications
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experienceas a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Should have relevant certifications (e.g., Virtual Assistant Training, Administrative Support, Project Management, or related fields).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and remote collaboration tools likeGoogle Workspace, Zoom, and Trello.
- A female preferably.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 + HMO and Pension
