Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in human resources to join their dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will report directly and provide Executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing HR projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Provide Executive Support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR analysis and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement HR reporting tools.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reports and dashboards.
- Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other HR tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive/Technical Assistant, preferably in an HR-related role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Human Resources, PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
