Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in finance to join their dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be directly reporting and provide executive/technical assistance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 
  • The candidate would also be responsible for managing financial projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Provide Executive Support to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial analysis and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement financial reporting tools.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards.
  • Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other financial tools.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Executive/Technical Assistant preferably in a finance-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
