Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Financial Record keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are logged in the appropriate accounts.
• Accounts Payable / Receivable: Process invoices and payments to vendors, as well as receive and record payments from clients.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Tax Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings and tax returns in compliance with local tax laws.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor spending to ensure compliance.
• Cost Analysis: Track and analyze costs, particularly in production, materials, and logistics, to maximize profitability.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Audit Support: Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary financial documents.

Requirements

• Must possess a Degree or HND in Accounting or any other related field
• Must have a good knowledge of Excel and other accounting software eg quick book.

Remunerations
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
