Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions for design, production, and administrative roles.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting team collaboration among designers, artisans, and support staff.
• Training & Development: Identify and address training needs; plan and organize employee skill development programs.
• Performance Management: Set performance targets and conduct performance appraisals for employees.
• Compensation & Benefits: Develop salary structures, manage payroll, and ensure all employees are compensated fairly and by company policy.
• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure the environment is conducive to creativity while adhering to safety regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events and initiatives to enhance morale.

Requirements

• Must possess a Degree or HND in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
• Must have a good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• CIPM Professional certification or equivalent is compulsory.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
