Job Title: Corporate Lawyer Manager

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 7+ years of experience in corporate law, in the oil and gas sector, EPCIC.
- Specialization or certification in Corporate Law is required.
- Strong understanding of labour law, environmental law, Contract Management, and Regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Certifications in compliance, arbitration, or related legal fields (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to operational sites as needed on short notice.
