Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement HR policies aligned with company goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding & performance management
- Manage training, development & employee well-being programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies & industry standards
- Handle employee relations, grievances & disciplinary actions
- Track HR metrics & provide data-driven insights
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree (mandatory); Bachelor’s in HR, Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR & compliance (managerial experience preferred)
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM) is a plus
- Strong leadership, decision-making & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & conflict resolution abilities.
Salary
N500,000 - N550,000 per month.
