• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries
• Provide accurate medical information and patient support
• Work with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Maintain detailed records of interactions.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree or previous experience as a nurse
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide remote medical guidance and support
• Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
