Job Summary

• As our senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion. 
• This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project plans, including scope definition, project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, project team, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.
• Identify potential project risks, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, project management, construction management, or any other relevant field of study. (M.Sc. /M.Eng. /MBA is an added advantage).
• Globally recognized Project Management Certificate e.g. PMP is required.
• Relevant professional qualification(s) and membership (COREN, PMI, etc.).
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role managing complex EPC projects.

Salary
N34,000,000 - N42,000,000 Gross Annually.
