We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Volunteer - AI/ ML Engineer

Location: Remote

Role

  • Build AI models for resume optimization & job placement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop NLP models to parse & score resumes vs. job descriptions.
  • Train AI-powered job matching & ATS optimization.
  • Implement OpenAI API (GPT-4) & embeddings for personalized insights.
  • Optimize AI interview coaching responses.
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning models and systems.
  • Design and build Generative AI pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
  • Conduct extensive data analysis and prepare high-quality data for Generative AI models
  • Evaluate and refine Generative AI models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement AI solutions that drive value.
  • Stay updated on the latest Machine Learning technologies and tools.
  • Develop Python code and interfaces (APIs and services) for effective platform architecture and scalability.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience in AI/ML (NLP, embeddings, GPT models).
  • Experience with spaCy, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone) is a plus.
  • Experience in building Machine Learning models and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with Graph Machine Learning and applying methods for classification, prediction, and generation tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of generative AI methods and the ability to adapt them to custom datasets and domains.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with common software development tools.
  • Understanding of AI behavioral techniques.
