Job Summary

• The Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assembly plant, ensuring efficient production processes, quality output, and adherence to safety standards. 
• This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all factory operations.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower and materials.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the facility.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production management and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
