Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC) Officer

Location: Ogun

Job Summary

• The QAQC Officer will ensure that all CNG and bi-fuel tricycles assembled at our facility meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
• Review technical documents to understand quality requirements.
• Perform tests using precision tools to verify product dimensions and functionality.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
