Job Title: Waiter - Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibiltiies

• Supervision of Waitstaff: Oversee the daily performance of waiters, ensuring that they follow procedures, maintain hygiene, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Training and Development: Train new and existing waitstaff on proper service etiquette, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies.
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all guests have a positive dining experience.
• Coordination with Kitchen and Bar: Ensure that orders are communicated efficiently between the waitstaff, kitchen, and bar to avoid delays or errors.
• Monitoring Service Standards: Ensure that waitstaff maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
• Shift Management: Assign tasks and shifts to waitstaff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours, and monitor staff attendance.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining stock levels for dining-related items such as menus, tableware, and uniforms.
• Reporting: Provide reports to management regarding service quality, staffing needs, and customer feedback.
