Job Title: Property & Investment Financier

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate and agricultural investment opportunities to determine financial viability.
• Develop and implement investment strategies for property acquisitions and developments.
• Secure funding and financing solutions through banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Assess financial risks, market trends, and economic conditions affecting property investments.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, financial models, and reports.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow projections, and financial planning for real estate projects.
• Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and financial agreements with lenders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, investment policies, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, ICAN, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 3-7 years of experience in real estate financing, investment banking, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, real estate markets, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment software tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding.
