We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Parcel Registration and Collection:

  • Assist customers in registering parcels andensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
  • Facilitate the smooth and secure collection of parcels by verifying customer details and providing the correct items.

• Ticket Booking and Payment Processing:

  • Guide customers through the process of booking transportation tickets, providing information on routes, schedules, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Handle collection and processing of payments for all customers, including passengers and cargo/courier service clients.

• Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person, addressing concerns related to services offered.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the transport and logistics industry.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.
