Job Title: Electrical Training Instructor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct training sessions on electrical systems, automation, and industrial control.
- Teach practical skills in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Design and administer assessment tools to evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to align training with market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- City & Guilds certification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation is a plus.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
