Job Title: ICT Specialist 

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy ICT Specialist to join our team in Zone 2, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support, networking, software management, and general ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Ensure data security and system backups.
• Maintain ICT infrastructure and provide regular updates.
• Train staff on basic ICT usage when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant ICT experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, basic programming, and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
