Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a background in electrical engineering to oversee our facility's maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
• Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
